The Traffic Safety Educators Association of California (TSEAC) works with the California State Legislature and the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to introduce and implement life-saving laws and regulations that improve the licensing and training of drivers, the operations of the traffic safety education industry, and the safety of all Californians.
